
KENDRICK W. DANE
Kendrick W. Dane earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Appalachian School of Law in 2009 where he contributed to the authoring and adoption of the New Mexico Securities Act of 2009 while working with the Securities Enforcement Department of the New Mexico State Regulation and Licensing Division. Prior to joining Madison & Mroz, P.A., Kendrick represented fortune 500 banking and lending entities in foreclosure and lender liability litigation throughout New Mexico. Mr. Dane received his B.A. with honors distinction in Audio Engineering from Middlesex University in Byron Bay, New South Wales, AU in 2005.
Mr. Dane is licensed to practice before all New Mexico courts. His practice includes all aspects of general civil litigation. He is an active member of the State Bar of New Mexico, the Albuquerque Bar Association, The Independent Community Bankers Association, and the New Mexico Bankers Association.
