REBECCA SHAW KENNY

Rebecca Kenny graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1998 with a major in English and minor in criminology.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2003. Ms. Kenny is a former Assistant District Attorney for the Second Judicial District Attorney's Office.

Ms. Kenny's practice includes civil litigation issues involving medical malpractice and personal injury. Ms. Kenny is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and New Mexico State courts. She is a member of the State of New Mexico Bar Association, the Defense Lawyer's Association and participates in the H. Vearle Payne American Inn of Court.

Ms. Kenny is experienced in representing and defending New Mexico physicians who are qualified health care providers, as well as New Mexico Hospitals. Ms. Kenny also represented the New Mexico Patients' Compensation Fund.
