
ADA B. PRIEST
Ada B. Priest is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Mexico in 1991.
She continued her education at the University of California, Irvine where she undertook courses in legal studies while working as a certified litigation paralegal for a defense firm in the Los Angeles area. In 2000, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico and achieved status on the Honor Roll and on the Dean's List while serving as an officer at the legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Mexico Bar Association, the Defense Lawyer's Association, the Defense Research Institute and the DRI Construction Litigation Committee.
Ms. Priest is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, as well as New Mexico State courts and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Priest's practice centers on general insurance defense, including construction litigation, personal injury, products liability, premises liability and medical malpractice defense as well as insurance coverage issues. Representative insurers who call on her are the Travelers Companies, Liberty Mutual, Chubb Group of Insurance Companies and AmTrust Group.
